2820 Disconnecting despite 'Always On'

I have a VPN using a pair of 2820's, they are setup so one dials out only and one dials in only.

The dial out router is set to 'always on' and has the internal IP of the other router set as the ping to keep alive.

But it keeps disconnecting regardless of this...

Anyone any ideas why it would do this?

BTW its using BT broadband lines

FYI: I set the dial in timeout to 0 and the connection has been up for 14 hours now! Looks like this fixed it.
