Use of WM6.1 Devices via VPN was created by jcledbury
There's been an amount of discussion about the non-performance of WM6.1 when establishing a VPN connection with some recent Draytek products - e.g. 2820: no encryption on ppp and link not completed with ipsec / l2tp. I've seen it with a 2820n and a 2800G. Two questions:
- Anybody know / remember whether it works / worked properly with a 2600?
- Anybody know of any of the more modern Draytek products that do work properly with WM6.1 + VPN?
Thanks
JC

My Boss has a HTC with WM6.1 pro and it connects to our Vigor 2910 perfectly fine, everytime.
I don't see why it wouldnt work with our other model 2600 - but haven't tried it.

Thanks for the reply. Is the VPN link encrypted?
