IPSEC - Using DHCP / DNS over tunnel was created by chrismanncalgavin
So far as I have been unable to get L2TP working in any way on the
Vigor 2820, I have set up some remote users with IPSEC on its own.
This was using the SmartVPN client.
Connection works fine, but obviously there is no DHCP and as such the DNS server is not assigned as our internal Windows Server.
This means all links need to refer to internal IP addresses for shared folders.

Is there any way to implement DHCP similar to a PPTP connection, and to allow the use of internal DNS servers?

Also when a user browses to the share on the server, they are currently logged on to the machine with a valid user in Active Directory. Although they are prompted for Username/Password regardless.
When they enter the same as they are currently logged in, they get error saying they are already logged in!

Thanks in advance.
