Hi there,

I am running:
Model Name : Vigor2820 series
Firmware Version : 3.3.1.2_232201
Build Date/Time : May 12 2009 14:42:43
ADSL Firmware Version : 232201_A Annex A

I have a ipsec router to router VPN setup between the draytek and a cisco pix router. I have three subnets at the remote site. The VPN works perfectly for the main subnet and we do not have any issues.

When i add the additional two subnets to the VPN connection i loose connectivity to these subnets and i am unable to ping the additional subnets. Even when i remove the additional subnet and drop the vpn connection i cannot ping the additional subnet. Eventually after dropping and restablishing the vpn connection several times I am able to access the two additional subnets.

Has anyone else experienced any similar problems and can anyone offer any advice to resolve the issue?

Thanks in advance

Hi All,

Just an update on this one. I tried the draytek support email address but they were not very helpful. They just said that it was not working because of the Cisco equipment at the other end.

I ended up getting it up and running by setting up additional VPN tunnels for each subnet.
