Tried this firmware and still no joy.

Next step I was going to try was to go to 3.3.0 firmware and restore config of working router.

Also, both these clients are a good distance from exchange, this is the ADSL info for the router in case relevant.

What Sonicwall? I run a few PRO2040 with 2820s & 2800s. Sonicwall VPN is bit of a pig at bringing the connections up. Often I find the Sonicwall needs the kick & not the Drayteks. Try unticking & then reticking the "keep alive" box under the "advanced" tab of the VPN connection in the Sonicwall.

It's a TZ180.

Tried that with the "keep alive" and still no luck.

Sonicwall VPN stats show packets in but none out. Wonder if something is blocking incoming traffic on Draytek?

Shouldn't be. Must be something in the routing... A trace route doesn't give any clues I suppose?

This sounds similar to my issue.
I am trying to set up a site to site vpn using:
1x RRAS @ H/O
1x2820n @ Branch

I can get a connection, but cannot access any network resources (using name or IP).

I'd be greatful to hear if you have managed to resolve this.

Many thanks
Gavin

Sorry for the delay in posting.

Have had to give up in this and use the Sonicwall VPN Client for a bit.
