i have set a LAN to LAN VPN connection

router 1 IP: 192.168.10.252
router 2 IP: 192.168.12.252

i have a static route on router 1 that points to 172.22.215.66 and i can ping this IP

i need to ping this IP from router 2 i set up a static route telling router 2 the gateway for this IP is router 1 and set the interface as WAN1 but need to set this as VPN is there an alternative way of doing this as VPN is not an option
