Hi All

i have a user running XP Sp2 i have setup the latest version of the dial In VPN software on her laptop and put in all the relevent settings

i have tested her account on a seperate PC running Vista XP & a laptop running win 7 all seem to work fine.

when i attempt to dial in from this one laptop it dis[lays no answer i have disabled the windows firewall it is running on a DELL inspiron laptop nothig special

any suggestions please?
