VPN's and VLAN's was created by coderus
Hi,
Is there any way I link a VPN account, to a particular VLAN ? - as I need some remote VPN user's only to have very specific access and so looking at VLANs would seem the route to go ?

Thanks
Mark.

Not really, you can't specify which VPN can access which VLAN etc, it's all IP based, it can be done using the firewall rules though, you'd make a rules with a direction of WAN < LAN, source IP would be the LAN IP you expect the VPN client to have and you can set up block/pass rules from there.

The most likely setup would be if you wanted to lock a VPN user to a single IP address on the LAN. To do that you'd make one rule with those settings with the Destination of the whole subnet and an action of Block if no further match. Then you'd make a rule after that with the destination IP of the computer you want to allow with action as Pass Immediately.
