I am, and have e-mail notifications, though I only make rare VPN connections to my home router. I wasn't expecting to see it any other way and logs/e-mail are fine with me if the successful (or unsuccessful) VPN connection is seen.

Thank you for your email.
OTP function is designed for ppp based VPN protocols, such as PPTP, L2TP and SSL.
IPSec uses completely different mechanism for authentication, thus can not introduce OTP function.

IPSec/AES is more secure than PPTP or L2TP. But you should keep your preshared key safety.

Wth AES not for windows, what is the best ?

For security, I don't believe 3DES is much behind AES. Both are currently uncrackable.

Certificates are better than a PSK if you get the opportunity.
