Smart VPN connects but server doesn't show connection

Smart VPN connects but server doesn't show connection was created by no expert
Hi there,

I'm able to connect from the client (using Smart VPN) and I can see packets being sent, but very few packets being received back from the server.

The Draytek server (2800G) itself does not show the incoming connection at all.

I also cannot access any network drives.

Any ideas welcome as I'm stuck...
