I have setup a VPN from site1 to site 2
however i cant ping either computer or router
we have turned off all firewalls for testing
in connection management we are connected at both site

Can you give some more info.

Are the IP ranges different at both routers or are they the same default settings?

Are the TCP/IP Settings correct in Section 4 of the LAN to LAN profile.

i had a simular issue i had to set the network to 24 bit in TCP/IP settings, select the more button add your local network and makesure you select 24 under the netmask
