Multiple remote dial-in users from the same location fail was created by cookhamjames
Hi, we have a 2820n setup in the office with the remote dial in user section setup and working. I can connect a windows VPN client to this perfectly, however if I try and connect two laptops from the same remote location to the draytek only one will connect.

is this a windows limitation?

When you say the same remote location, do you mean the two laptops will be using the same IP address? In short, is the Vigor receiving to VPN calls from the same IP address?
