does anybody know if isa 2000 on an sbs 2003 server (DC) would cause me to be unable to vpn into a clients network from her home?

we can access the router admin by entering the external ip into a web browser but when setting up a vpn connection in windows it does not accept the username and password created from within the router.

PS if you haven't guessed i re-enabled the isa software to see if i could create a rule and let the traffic pass through but nothing i do has any effect.

Have you unticked the VPN protocol options on the Draytek?

starting to get right pissed off now. nothing at all seems to work. whether the vpn protocols are ticked or unticked, whether isa server is running or not running. basically i need to get this new 2008 r2 dc onto the network and get rid of the shitty dual NIC 2003 dc that has been hindering most applications of the modern day due its incredible frailties and lack of upkeep in the 5 years it existed before i started here.
