5510 : SSLTunnel working but no ping : ARP address missmatch was created by tjordy@cse.fr
Hi,
I have a 5510 VigorPro, with 20 user SSL VPN tunnels to configure.
When I try to connect to SSL VPN (with smart VPNClient or directly by SSL adminstration console), everything seems to be OK (connection established), but after that, I can't ping or take RDP control of my local machines.
I have an error message on my firewall syslog : "Arp address mismatch - Ethernet destination address doesn't match ARP target address".
My 5510 is the only firewall on my lan, and I can't find any trace of this message in forum or Draytek support Website.
Could you please help me to find where is my problem ? I really search for 3 days with the French Draytek Support and we have not found any clue to resolve this !
Thank you by advance,
Tom (a little depressed now)

hi tom,
is it possible that your remote computer connecting to the ssl vpn has the same ip address as another device connected to the vigor 5500?
use telnet to log in to your router then try this command and try reconnecting
ip arp flush
