Hi,

we need to set up an IPSEC over L2TP vpn to a new client site. They have it set up and working with their staff (we're their new IT support company), and have supplied us with the setup they're using for existing VPN users, and a valid user and pass.

However, whatever I do, it just will not connect using the DrayTek Smart VPN client. I get either a password invalid on the domain error, or a hardware failure. Also, I notice that the NAT-T traversal settings are greyed out in my VPN client, despite doing the required reboot etc. I'm using Win7 32bit and version 4.0.0.4 of the VPN client.

Anyone got any advice ?
