Draytek 2820 to ISA 2004 Site to Site VPN was created by commsuk
Hi,
We have inherited a site to site VPN connection from a previous support company from a Draytek 2820 to ISA 2004. This would seem to come up fine and appear to function correctly. However, we can only ping devices on the remote (Draytek) site if they have the MS Firewall Client installed. If we try and ping any other PC's or devices then we do not get a reply. I presume this is more an ISA issue than the Draytek, but has anyone else setup this configuration and got full connectivity between the Draytek and ISA 2004? I have installed SP3 onto ISA 2004 and in the logs can see the ping request is opened fine to the remote device and is not blocked, but still no reply. Any ideas anyone as we need to get a device in the remote network functioning ASAP. Many thanks in advance for any help on this.

Just to add an additonal comment, devices in the remote (Draytewk network can ping any device in the main (ISA) site so it is almost as though traffic is only allowed in one direction unless the firewall client is installed. Thanks again.
