I am no expert at this, but I have a couple of questions and would really appreciate some help.

I have a 2820N setup on our SBS 2003 server. We have just upgraded to Iphones and from reading the instructions on the router I should be able to setup VPN access via mOTP APP, however when I follow the instructions and go to create a mobile user, the option dose not exist to "enable Mobile one time password" is this an issue with the firmware on the router?.

Also, there seems to be a VNP user setup on the router from the guys who originally set up the system. How can I find out what IP address this has been setup to? and how to login using this. I know the username and password.

That option is only present from the 3.3.4.1 firmware and later so yes, it's a firmware limitation with your current 3.3.0 firmware

Hay, Thanks for that. I will follow the update instructions.

I now have the iphones, but theres seems to be an issue with IP addressed. It will only allow one to connect at a time by the looks of it.

Hopefully the update will sort this.
