Upload Certificate W/O CSR made by router

I have an existing Certificate from an official authority, and, would like to import that into the router.
Now, the router does not like that cert, because the certificate is either invalid or does not match the CSR.
Of course I have the CSR, but I do not know any way to import that CSR into the router.

there is the option to import a cert + a private key, however this is not an option for me, because the private key is not existing (I did not make that cert).

Does anyone know how to import a Cert without making a new CSR by the Vigor router an reissue the Cert ?

TIA

answering my own question:
uploaded the certificate in IIS, and exported the certificate as a .pfx file protected with a password.
Uploaded in to the Vigor under "upload PKCS12 Certificate"
This worked.
