New to VPN was created by elly10
Hi all,
I'm new to this, so I please forgive me for lack of knowledge.
I have two draytex's setup for a vpn using pptp one is a 2600V the other a 2600 plus, which is up and running. However the link drops every 5mins, I have read this happens in default but can be worked around if you set one side from 300ms to 0 and the other to -1, done this and it works.
Is there away around the vpn dropping in the first place ?
Next problem I'm having is.
There is no domain on either site, just a workgroup called Office on both sides, Site 192.168.0.x the other 192.168.1.x. All pcs on site A can access a shared folder on a pc on site A, however none of the pcs at Site B can access the folder.
Any help here gratefully recieved.
