We have been successfully using a teleworker vpn connection to our 2820 for months.
Then yesterday we suddenly stopped getting a connection, error 806.
This only seems to be on windows workstations running windows 7, as Mac can connect ok.
The 2820 has two WAN connections and we have tried both WAN IP addresses.
The problem seems to be at the authentication stage.
I have used both windows 7 inbuilt vpn type and tried using the draytek smart vpn application.
Draytek smart VPN application seems to start the connection but then fails with unknown error.
Can anyone help please?
