Has anybody had any success getting a 2820Vn to connect to the UKiVPN service as a PPTP or L2TP/IPsec VPN client?

I've been trying to get a basic PPTP connection established before getting L2TP/IPsec set up afterwards, but I'm not even connecting, let alone routing.

Looking at the connection log I keep seeing an LCP timeout.

I've seen that a number of people had problems when they upgraded from 3.3.3. to 3.3.4 so I've tried 3.3.3. firmware as well as the 3.3.5.2 that I currently run, and neither has made any difference.
