I have a Vigor 2700 running the latest firmware (2.8.2_131701) and I want to set-up a dial-in VPN user.

The Vigor 2700 Series User Guide shows this being done via the 'Remote Dial-in User' page (under 'VPN & Remote Access') but that option is missing. Do I have to do something to activate this feature?

Additional info:

I found later firmware (2.8.3) on the Dratek International FTP site and have installed it, but the option still does not appear.

The feature is not supported on that model. It's only dial-out VPN

How bizarre. The feature is comprehensively documented, even in the latest version of the user guide. I can't imagine why Draytek would have included the teleworker dial-in feature in the 2600, 2800 and 2900 series routers but not in the 2700, particularly since (like all the others) it still supports LAN-to-LAN VPN.

That's because it, like the 2500, 2710, 2100 and 2110 are meant for home use or use as remote sites - it's the 2600, 2800 & 2820, 29xx that have the full dialin & out features.
