VPN connection Timeout - Client on Satellite broadband

VPN connection Timeout - Client on Satellite broadband was created by kirklandltd
We have a client that is using Satellite broadband to connect to us using a VPN - Teleworker connection into the Vigor router. The Satellite ISP has confirmed that the service works with VPN's but the client gets timed out when trying to connect.

Help!
