I cannot get this to work for some reason. Can someone help or perhaps point me to the instructions for setting up a straight IPSEC VPN?

I have a client with a Cisco 877 router and they have home workers who VPN in using the Cisco client software. All works fine there.

I want to firstly connect my Draytek Vigor 2930 router LAN-LAN to their Cisco but I cannot get this to connect although I can connect fine using the Cisco client software.

Then secondly I want to allow the home workers to connect to MY Vigor 2930 router using the same credentials as their employer. I have, as far as I can tell, configured my router correctly with the same shared key they are using but nobody can connect to it.

Help please?
