Please help me.

I need to configure site to site IpSec Tunnel between VigorPro 5500 and 2710.

Below my log but i don't understand why it does not work. Please help me.
Also help me about IKE <==, Next Payload=ISAKMP_NEXT_SA, Exchange Type = 0x4, Message ID = 0x0 : i don't understand
