VPN SSL issues was created by joncvs
Hi

I have the following device

Router Name : Draytek
Model Name : Vigor2930Vn
Firmware Version : v3.3.0
Build Date/Time : Wed Aug 11 18:50:1.1 2010

1. I've had to install the latest client manually from the draytek site. Is there a way of uploading that to the router?

2.
Previously we have been using a Juniper SSL vpn, but this has died.

I have setup the standard vpn and SSL vpn on the draytek, which both work fine.

However I have a server offsite which is used for replication. It will connect to SSL or standard vpn fine. Both servers can ping each other and I can browse to both servers and replicated folders from each other. Via either the network name or the IP address.

Replication doesn't work, I've recreated the replication group but when you browse to the offsite server, it cannot find it.

I can only assume maybe it's the fact the current vpn has a virtual ip address, whereas before it connect to AD/Dhcp.

On the remote server it's getting license errors that it cannot contact the DC to check.

Is there anything I can alter on the draytek that might resolve this, or a different setup?

DC Offsite server
Draytek > Netgear router

Thanks

Jon
