DNS Settings on VPN SSL was created by joncvs
Got a problem with a user where he can't navigate to a network drive once connected to the ssl vpn (latest smart client). Windows 7 64bit.
But can browse via the ip address.
I resolved this before when we had a juniper ssl vpn, there was a setting in policies something like 'use juniper dns first' so it would resolve the name.
He is on BT broadband, the problem only affects him. Very annoying:x

Does that network have an internal DNS server that it needs to use to resolve that hostname?
If so and the router isn't being used as a DNS forwarder by that server, you can set the DNS server under LAN - General Setup and tick Force DNS manual Setting and that'll make the router use those DNS servers for VPN dial-in user/SSL clients, which should fix your problem I think?
