Hi
Both offices have same type of router Vigor2820.
Only thing I can the different is Firmware, one has Version : 3.3.5.3_232201 and other has Version : 3.3.2.2_232201
I am trying to setup VPN between two offices.
I got VPN going using PPTP. But I am having a problem VPN working using IPSec Tunnel.
I have check all the setting many many time. But no luck yet.
Please could some help whereI can look in setup to solve this problem.
Many thanks

Try firmware version 3.3.7 available on Draytek.com website. It fixes a lot of the problems of previous firmware and includes fixes for VPN and IPSEC
