2820 to Snapgear SG300 VPN was created by it4offices
hi
I've been trying to get an IPSec connection setup between a vigor 2820 and a snapgear SG300 router without success.
I've tried both inbound and outbound connections with little success.
Has anyone had an experience or success with these devices? I have a site with a snapgear router at their main office that current connects to 2 SG300 routers. I would like to start to replace the snapgears as we cannot get support for them (from mcafee as they are 5 years old) Mcafee purchased secure computing who were cyberguard and previously snapgear.
Any help would be welcome.

I would run a Syslog for each device, to see how far the connections are getting. Have you tried firstly establishing the VPN with no security, then tighten it up?
