Can I 'dial in' to this router at all?

I'd like to be able to remote desktop to a client PC on this branch site and was wondering whether the 2710 has any dial in capabilities.

I'm only 4 / 5 months late on this.

Some international models can - however the UK one has been officially gimped to stop this functionality.

However .... it turns out that there is a lot of functionality that's hidden. Including dial-in VPN rather than just site to site.

Confused here. The Draytek UK website lists "Teleworker to LAN" and "LAN to LAN" so by definition it should support dial in VPN yet it would appear it doesn't. I bought one of these for this purpose... They need to sort out their website, oh and refund my money at the same time!
