drop and start vpn via command or schedule

Can anybody tell me how I can drop and start lan to lan vpn connection by schedule or via telnet commands?

On my 2750 its Applications -> Schedule -> Add Schedule and select VPN UP or VPN DOWN as scheduled action.

I dont seem to have "VPN UP or VPN DOWN" in Action list in Shedule on my 2820.

Just checked and 2820 doesn't have this functionality.

However you can schedule firewall enable/disable, you might be able to block VPN access on a schedule ?

The 2820 has the same functionality on the dial-out VPN side, check the bottom right of the Dial-Out section of the LAN to LAN VPN profile, you can set up schedules in there, I'm not sure whether you'd use force up or force down or a combo of the two but this guide suggests you'd use both: http://draytek.com/user/SupportAppnotesDetail.php?ID=926

I think that with a VPN set to Always On, you'd just use a Force Down schedule rather than on/off ones.
