Diagnose VPN Connection Issues

I have a Vigor 2910 with the latest Firmware (updated last night) running on Virgin Broadband
I have a VPN setup which I know used to work but I haven't used it for a while and now I cannot connect.
I'm trying to connect from both Windows and iOS devices so I'm pretty sure it's the router end that's not working)
From within Windows I'm seeing this in the event log:
It tries to connect to SSTP, then PPTP then L2TP. It fails and I get two errors
"The error code returned on failure is 800."
"dialed a connection named home which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 0."

I also have the full Windows log if that helps.

How do I go about diagnosing/fixing this?
