Was this resolved?
Did yuo have a separete LAN to LAN profile for each remote subnet?
I know of Juniper Netscreens you can uses the same gateway for many IKE (remote subnets) maybe you need to do the same on the Draytek?

I've just got off the phone to premium support, they don't know how to fix it either.
It's just doesn't work on any of my 2820's regardless of FW version, however this feature works prefectly on my older 2600+'s
My fix for now is to create a tunnel for each remote subnet, bit of a pain, but it works.

I think the more option on the LAN to LAN only works when its a Draytek at both ends..
When I set up this type of LAN to LAN with a netsctreen you create the one gateway but have to create the IKE Tunnel for about many remote subnets you have.
Maybe the Draytek has to work in the same way but you have the same gateway (remote end point) on each.
