VPN assign static IP not DHCP

VPN assign static IP not DHCP was created by infrastructure
Does anyone know on a Vigor 2930 how to or even if you can assign a static IP to the remote user dialing via VPN using the Draytek VPN client rather than getting assigned a DHCP address?

On the 2820 this is set on the Draytek under:
VPN and Remote Access >> Remote Dial-in User

Sorry, I don't have a 2930 to hand. Hopefully it's the same.
