2850 IPSec <--> Watchguard UTM 11.3 was created by linker3000
Anyone managed to get a 2850 talking to a Watchguard firewall running UTM 11.3?

The walkthroughs on the Draytek site are for a much older version of UTM and I have spent the best part of a morning trying to get a working VPN - it looks like a mismatch of Phase 1 or Phase 2 IKE proposals, but both devices are not very forthcoming with meaningful debug messages and I have lost the will to try any more AES/MD5/SHA/ combinations with all the required Watchguard save cycles.

Any suggestions before I cut my losses and scrap the Drayteks in favour of some other kit?

Thanks

Hi When I done it I used

P1 3Des Sha1 g2
P2 3Des Sha1 or MD5 NPFS

Are you using Dial-in, Dial-Out or Both?

I'd put the setting in for Both that way either end can initiate the connection.

Are you using the Web Syslog on the 2850 or the Router Tool sys log?
