I am about to install an FTTC connection for a customer using a 2920. I am currently testing the Draytek here connecting to the customers Netgear via LAN to LAN VPN. I have established the VPN but I need to somehow limit the bandwidth to the customer.

They are going to be connecting to a site with 10 other VPN connections and the remote site doesn't have the ability to limit the bandwidth for their VPN connections.

That means if we setup this VPN connection without any bandwidth management they are going to throttle the 10Mb at the remote end and kill all of the other VPN connections. There doesn't seem to be a way of limiting the VPN traffic, I have played around with the QoS features but this doesn't offer limitations only minimum bandwidth.

Can this be done?
