Got a draytek 3200n and 3x2820 boxes.
The vpn between the other routers on a LAN to LAN using using IPSEC is fine and the connection is fast and reliable.
But the following appears on the log and alerts .
I assume it concerning the remote users
Getting this error about dropvpn see below

Drop VPN ifno:13 because of WAN ifno:4 is down
DropVPN() VPN : Profile not found !!
Drop VPN ifno:16 because of WAN ifno:4 is down
"
The router web gui become unaccessible .
Needs reboot to access once a day.
Remote Users having problems connecting for any length of time
The user connects but it drop out after about 15secs.
Some users can last a as long as 5mins?
Using any same error SSL, PPTP and IPSEC LTPT with draytek smart VPN.
I don't know what ifno:16 or 13 correspond to exactly.
I don't have any remote vpn profile on 13 or 16
The 3200n only has 2 wan active so I don't know what "WAN ifno:4 is" down means??
I have removed all remote users and cleared each profile.
Added each user one at a time to see if the error is to do with a profile.
No sucess
Can anybody help as I am at a loss
