I'm connecting to a Vigor 2830N using the Draytek Smart VPN Client.

I don't want all my internet traffic to go through the VPN because it will be so slow. So "Use default gateway on remote network" is unchecked.

But I DO want traffic for a few specific external IP addresses to go through the VPN. For example, I have a mail account which only allows access from the external IP address of the Vigor 2830, so all traffic to the IP address of that mailserver needs to go through the VPN.

I assumed that this was what the "Add more routing" option in the Smart VPN Client was for. But it doesn't work.

Can anyone advise?

I'm now having the same issue with a 2860, beginning to wonder is it firmware as the firewall is at default settings.

Anyone else experienced this issue?
