Help needed setting up VPN server was created by ladybridge
Hi all,
I have just acquired a Vigor 2860 and want to make use of the VPN to allow remote Windows and Mac users to connect in over the internet. I have tried to follow the instructions but have so far failed miserably.
Does anyone have a step by step precise list of instructions for setting up both the router and the client PC?
Thanks in advance.

Which instructions did you follow? Did you look at the knowledgebase? Where (at which step) did you fail ?

Hi,
I walked through the KnowledgeBase step by step several times yesterday without success. No error messages but it just would not connect.
I have done it all again and it now seems to be working. Let's put it down as one of life's great unsolved mysteries.
Sorry to have been a pain.
