Site to Site VPN 2960 to 2820

I currently use around 25 Vigor 2820’s many of which have IPsec Site to Site VPN tunnels without problem.
I recently upgraded one site to a Vigor 2960, but can’t for the life of me get a VPN tunnel to work between the 2960 and a 2820.
The 2960 should be dialling out and the 2820 receiving.
Any advice?
