2860n LAN to LAN was created by itdept
I've set up a LAN to LAN using a configuration supplied by the SaaS company I'm attempting to connect with. I've let their support tech team log into my router to check the config and they have confirmed all is as it should be.
The bottom line is we can't connect to them and they can't connect to us and neither of us has a clue to why it isn't working.
Everything looks correct in CVM >> VPN Management
The remote site icon is showing as online but the Connection list below is empty.
VPN and Remote Access >> LAN to LAN
My two profiles ( inbound and outbound ) Status are both online in green text - as opposed to blue or black
VPN and Remote Access >> Connection Management >> VPN Connection Status
Both profiles are listed in green
The first profile isn't showing any data forTx but is showing data for Rx packets and Rx rates and has stable and increasing uptime.
The second profile isn't showing any data for either Tx or Rx and it's uptime gets to 0:0:20 before dropping back to zero and it cycles through this timescale.
The only thing I can think of is that the router has 2 ADSL WAN connections - WAN 2 via a Vigor 120 Modem. The LAN to LAN config is set up via WAN 1. Does WAN 2 need to be added to the config somehow?
Any ideas, clues or help very much appreciated,
Thanks.

Well, I can't see why he had 2 VPN profiles. Ping is useful for diagnosis.
