Vigor 2820 VPN dial in works but no folder shares was created by alocogroup
Hi All,
I have struggled with this for quite some time so any recommendations very much welcome.
Sorry in advance If I use the wrong terminology anywhere.
The Draytek LAN is 192.168.1.1
The dial in Users LAN is using 192.168.2.1
I have a computer on the Draytek LAN (192.168.1.20), it has folder shares and I've even given read access to everyone.
The shared folder can be seen from other computers on the local network.
On the remote dial in users computer, I have connected into the VPN, I can actually ping the 192.168.2.1 computer successfully, however when I browse to that computer I cannot see any shares.
I've tried to map the drive through command prompt but unsuccessfully.
I have also tried the Draytek VPN smart client (as opposed to the Windows VPN connection wizard) and it seems that I can only get it to connect with PPTP.
Maybe this is the reason?
Can anyone help me please, much obliged!
Anthony
