Windows 10 Teleworking to 2860 newbie question was created by couch potato
Hi Folks,
Please be gentle with me, the last Teleworking VPN I set up was for Windows XP connecting to an old Billion router.
Things seem to have moved on apace since then, and as I've just bought a 2860Vac (using BT Infinity) to refresh the office connectivity. I thought here was a good place to start my vertical learning curve with some advice.
I just need to be able to drop a Windows 10 laptop or two onto the office network so they can access the office NAS. What are the best/most secure/reliable options for the server configuration on the 2860 sticking with the Windows 10 client?
Or should I throw the Windows client in the bin and use the DrayTek client instead?
TIA for any help/advice - and apologies for being "thick"...
Andy B.

Use L2TP with IPSec if you can, that's secure and from what I recall it worked on my laptop with the 2860
Otherwise the smart VPN client is nice for setting up SSL VPN
