I have a user that cannot log into the VPN from home to our Draytek 2860n
he gets the error "The certificates CN name does not match the passed value"
not sure what this means? nothing has changed as far as i am aware

Which VPN client is giving this error? The Apple iOS and macOS VPN clients could potentially give those errors:

In which case, this guide has some good pointers
There isn't a guide for macOS yet (in progress) but in the Smart VPN macOS client, to set the Certificate Level, click on the small "gears" icon of the VPN list, where the "+" and "-" buttons are. Setting the Certificate Level to "Basic" will likely resolve the issue.
