Unable to browse to external IP address was created by andycumming
We have 3 sites that are using Gamma FTTC converged circuits. We are connecting our Draytek 2832's to a Cisco router supplied by Gamma. These are being set up in relaxed firewall mode so in effect just being used as pass through.
We are using the Drayteks for SIP trunks and inter site VPN. The first went in without a problem (firmware 3.8.3.1). The second one, same set up and firmware didn't we worked, we upgraded the firmware to 3.8.3.2 and all was ok.
We have now connected the 3rd, same config, latest firmware but we cannot browse to it via the external IP address. Also can't connect using a VPN. Can connect to it internally and from one of the other sites using internal IP address. When trying to browse to the log in screen it eventually comes back "this site can't be reached". We turned ping on and can get a response.
Any ideas?

Having spent 3 days asking Gamma if they had any issues, they have just reloaded the config on their Cisco and hey presto, it works!!
Sorry!!
