As many of you might know, establishing a LAN-to-LAN (i.e. site-to-site) VPN between a Draytek router and an Azure Gateway that is route based rather that policy based is tricky, if not impossible, using the currently available firmwares (as of 1/March/2017) due to the lack of IKEv2 support.

I contacted Draytek support and they provided me with a beta firmware for my Vigor 2925, which provides support for IKEv2.

Bottom line, I managed to get a site-to-site VPN between Draytek and Azure, with a route based gateway!

So if you really need to have this feature, I suggest that you contact support@draytek.com. Of course bear in mind that this is a beta firmware!
