IPSec VPN not transmitting data between 2860 and 2900

Hi,
I've got two sites, one with a 2900V, one with a 2860n (latest 3.8.8_BT firwmare on the 2860). There's an IPSec VPN connected between the two which isn't dropping out. However I can't ping between the two sites. No data goes between the sites. Any ideas what to check for?
