Does the Vigor 2960 use the DrayOS? I am using ExpressVPN and they have a list of Draytek routers that are supported but the 2960 is not on the list, does it use DrayOS or something else. I am using the latest 1.4.1 firmware.

The Vigor 2960 is Linux based, it doesn't run on DrayOS. Having a look at ExpressVPN's guide, I'm not sure it will work - the Vigor 2960 & 3900 don't support L2TP over IPsec for dial-out VPNs, just for dial-in users.
