SSL VPN drops when trying to access data over vpn

SSL VPN drops when trying to access data over vpn was created by cctsupport
My issue is the VPN connects up fine.

as soon as i try an access anything over the VPN it drops.

has anyone encountered this issue before?

Installing Win 10 build 1903 seems to have fixed this issue.
