I have set up Smart VPN on several computers - always working fine - iosec or ssl
However on one computer, running windows 7.1 I cannot disconnect. It connects fine and works well with several different remote draytek. - but if I try to stop / disconnect it fails with a message "It is not possible at this time. The connection is currently busy with a connect or disconnect operation."
If I drop the main internet connection the VPN (naturally) also disconnects, but will not then run
Any help appreciated for what seems to be a strange problem
